Face to Face or online- Integrative counselling that has you at the heart of the therapeutic journey. Therapy is the one time in your life where you are encouraged to be your true self and to embrace how your really feel without shame or guilt. A space your you to feel truly listened to without judgement or advice but a place to feel safe to open up and express what it is that you need.​

Having experienced therapy myself, from experience not all counsellors are created equal nor provide the safe environment that we all need to be vulnerable without judgement. This is why I created Define Normal therapy to break the stereotypes of therapists and to put the client at the heart of everything that I do.

There is no agenda from me and you are in the driving seat of your therapeutic journey, however your want to direct it. I will not advice or direct but I will make you aware of observations or contradiction that are outside of your current awareness to give you all the tools to make decisions on how you want to live your life.​Therapy is not easy but it can be empowering and revitalising when you discover that you have a voice and to embrace how you feel about a challenge.
Relationships, responsibilities and expectations can cause internal battles with how we feel and who we are stunting our growth as human beings. Allowing yourself to be honest with how you feel is powerful in understanding who you really are and challenge societal expectation's that we all try to adhere to. Having worked in Bereavement, trauma and Neurodiversity issues i have worked with a vast range of challenges that people are managing day to day and can see how it can effect our relationships with others as well as ourselves.

Online or face to face, you will feel secure in being vulnerable whilst working at your own space to face the issues you are currently battling, Whether a bereavement, a difficult decision or the impact of day to day life, counselling ca give you the space you need to be honest with yourself without the judgements or expectations.
